Pastor Annie Lankford is a provisional elder in the United Methodist Church. She graduated summa cum laude from Iliff School of Theology in Denver, CO. in 2022. Prior to her appointment as the Senior Pastor at Farmington United Methodist Church, she served as Pastor at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Lonoke, AR and as Associate Pastor of North Little Rock First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock, AR.
Pastor Annie is a 4th generation United Methodist Pastor. She graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL in 1997 and has practiced law in Arkansas since that time, working with small businesses and individuals in the areas of estate planning and employment issues. Pastor Annie has been active in Rotary, where she received Rotarian of the Year in 2019 and has also been named one of the Women to Watch by Soiree Magazine and 40 Under 40 by Arkansas Business, among other awards. In 2022, she was awarded the United Women in Faith Special Mission Recognition for her work with women, children and youth. Pastor Annie's favorite Quote is: "Have courage and be kind. For where there is kindness, there is goodness, and where there is goodness, there is magic" - Cinderella. She is married to Jack and together they have Beth(22), Jackson(21), Mary Margaret(19), Sam(18), and Cate(12). They also have an assortment of animals that the couldn’t imagine life without. |

Courtney Sundquist was born and raised in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was a member of Goddard UMC and was very active in the District and Conference Council on Youth Ministries. Courtney graduated from Arkansas Tech University. She met and married Victor and proceeded to follow him around the country while he served as an Army Officer.
They have four children (Matt age 22, Joe age 20, Seriah age 22, Riley age 10). Courtney also has two crazy schnauzers and a golden retriever. Courtney and Vic were foster parents for a few years while living in Texas and were able to complete their family by adding two daughters to their family through adoption. Courtney has worked in many different positions throughout her many years of moving around and has a heart for children. She taught preschool for about 20 years and has worked in a few elementary schools. Vic recently retired from the Army and they decided to make Farmington their “home.” Courtney is a Reading Specialist for the Farmington School District at the Junior High and High School. She loves to read and cook. Courtney’s favorite band is Journey. She is currently listening to Lauren Daigle and Dua Lipa. Courtney’s favorite bible verse is 1 Corinthians 16:14 Let all that you do be done in love. |

Melanie Barnes, Director of Children’s Ministry, is a CPA-turned-stay-at-home-mom who has been active in the United Methodist church her whole life. Her family has been attending FUMC since 2013 and she has been in charge of our children’s ministry since the fall of 2016.
She and her husband Daniel have 3 children, Elizabeth (age 12), Joshua (age 9), and Benjamin (age 7). She loves children and considers it a privilege to teach them about God’s great love for them! Proverbs 22:6, Jeremiah 29:11 |

Shelly and her husband have been married for 33 years. They have one daughter, Tory, and a grandson, Audie. Audie is the light of her life and seh also enjoys crocheting and thrifting in addition to music. |
