How can we hold onto assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us?

In three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it. And he reminds us, as well. In this 10-session Bible study on the letters of 1, 2, and 3, John, Jen Wilkin helps you see how two thousand years later, his words call to Christians in similar challenges to recall a great salvation and to abide in the truth. Led By Mary Jane and Jeff Silva.

Adam Hamilton presents a welcoming, inspiring vision of eight Christian     denominations and faith traditions. Comparing the Christian family to our own   extended families, he contends that each denomination has a unique, valuable   perspective to offer on the Christian faith. Led by Kaylyn Busch.

First Peter is written to a group of people in Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey) who are living as strangers and exiles within their cultural context. They are described as the new family of God who become the dwelling place of God. As such, their lives are to be marked by holiness that is visible to the world around them and demonstrated in very practical ways. As Christians, we too find ourselves challenged to live out our faith in a context that is more and more challenging. This eight-week study will encourage participants to think about what it means to be the church and to take up practices that demonstrate the love of God in community. Led by Travis Warren. Meets in Parlor.

We all want to be loved. We long to be desired, pursued―whether by a special someone, our friends, or others in our lives. This longing for love and acceptance is the underlying story of many of our lives, and it's the overarching story we see throughout the Scriptures. Although the Bible tells many stories, the main theme is God’s relentless love for us. Led by Pastor Annie.

This special class will also be held Wednesday mornings at 9 AM.
